We handle the photography, the listing, the enquiries, and the negotiation. You keep ownership until it sells.
A simple flat commission of 15% of the final sale price. No hidden fees, no tiered percentages — just one clear rate.
There is no cost to list your instrument with us. You only pay the commission when your guitar actually sells.
Shipping to and from Fine Luthiers is arranged and paid by the consignor. We'll advise on safe, insured packing and carriers.
Presentation matters. When an instrument would benefit from it, we offer a professional luthier inspection and a fresh set of strings so your guitar shows at its very best. These services are optional and only performed with your approval.
Inbound and outbound shipping costs are the responsibility of the consignor.
